I'm building a portfolio of AI-powered products — solo, with no funding, and publishing every win, stumble, and metric along the way.
Every week I ship something. Here's what I've been working on.
Shipped the big RepurposeKit overhaul with multi-platform scheduling, auto-caption generation, and a new freemium tier. Crossed 2,800 total free users. Started building the affiliate referral system for Agent Intel Brief.
Launched the rebuilt Agent Output Audit with real-time scoring, better PDF reports, and team workspaces. Hit #6 Product of the Day. Revenue pipeline starting to build — 2 paid conversions in the first week.
Published the landing page and waitlist for SubSync AI — automated subtitle syncing for video creators. Shared the prototype on X and got 147 signups overnight. Building toward a May launch.
The SMB Agent Templates crossed 500 total downloads across five industries. Published two new templates — Real Estate CRM Agent and E-commerce Support Agent. Updated pricing to £59/ea (was £49). No churn on existing customers.
Closed the first recurring agency client on AutomatIQ — a £1,200/mo retainer for automated lead enrichment and CRM workflows. This is the kind of revenue I want to replicate: high-value, recurring, low-touch once set up.
AIPickr crossed $47 in ad revenue for the month — not life-changing but validates the free-with-ads model. Also shipped Prompt Packs v3 with 12 new system prompts and a community submission system.
Unified the dark theme across all product landing pages and launched this very build log. Cleaned up the hub navigation. Published the first "Who this is NOT for" section after seeing Christian Peverelli's strategy — bookings up ~15% that week.
One person. Zero employees. Zero VC funding. Just a laptop, a lot of coffee, and a willingness to ship things that are “good enough.”
I started The AI Suite in April 2025 after realising that most AI tools are either enterprise-priced SaaS behemoths or low-effort wrappers that break in a week. I wanted to build the middle path — boring, reliable products that actually work, priced so small businesses and solo operators can actually afford them.
Every product here was built by me, solo, using modern tools. I don't have a co-founder, a design team, or a marketing budget. What I have is a shipping habit — something new every week, even if it's small. No grand launches, no hype cycles. Just consistent, public building.
The numbers so far: 25 products live, 2,847 free users across the portfolio, 2 paid subscribers on Agent Intel Brief, 1 agency retainer on AutomatIQ, and ad revenue covering hosting costs on AIPickr. Not quitting my day job yet — but the trajectory is real.
No fluff. No demo request form. Just a quick look at what this does.
